How about a photo of Slamr's cousin on the beach, with a pancake on her, uh, head.

Sponger was a lot of fun, last time I had contact with him he was in Virginia fishing salt water, that was about 7 years ago!

Can't blame him really.
All the salt water records are backed up by irrefutable evidence.

Lets be real, we all pray to the same god... at least 6 months out of the year, Some more... Just depends on how long your season is open.

I'm having spaghetti for dinner tonight. How do I pray prior to eating? Do I look to the heavens or down into the bowl? Are meatballs like angels?

Since this is St Patrick's day I'm not sure the muskie gods will accept the offering of green beer but i'm sure they can handle a Jameson or two. In place of the spaghetti they will have to make do with the corn beef and cabbage today.

NEWSFLASH! WINTERNET TO FREEZE SOLID IN THE NORTH!

Be alarmed. This is real. Balmy Sunday night up here.

Sue is smart enough not to lay in the snow in a weird looking goofy bikini when it's that cold. A person could freeze stuff.

I think it was the waning crescent.
Time for a Musky Hunter S. Thompson Quote
“This muskie fishing business is a cruel and shallow money trench, a long soft plastic hallway where jet skiers and pleasure boaters run free, and deep cycles die like dawgs. There's also a negative side.”

Could not be more accurate, looking at snow next week and another Arctic "polar" storm!!!
when does this end
Slamr - 3/13/2014 6:29 PM

Please God (jehovah, allah, buddah, muhammed, jesus, great spirit, flying spaghetti monster, etc. etc.), make it warmer. Melt the ice. Open the waters and allow the fisherman of this community to attempt to lure your bounty into eating facsimiles of your creations so that we may discuss our successes and failures.

We can discuss how to catch fish. We can discuss what to you to do it. We can talk about where to go and what to use when we get there. People can show pics of what they caught, then others can then say the fish were not that size. People can get new boats, others can say those boats are not worthy, but then will say why their boat is the place.

God (and the rest), you know you love muskie fisherman, so please make it warm again.

Then we can get back to talking about fishing that occurred in the last 50 years and stop the insanity.
