SONG, SONG OF THE SOUTH, SWEET POTATO PIE AND A SHUT MY MOUTH
GONE, GONE WITH THE WIND, THERE AINâT NOBODY LOOKINâ BACK AGAIN

COTTON ON THE ROADSIDE, COTTON IN THE DITCH
WE ALL PICKED COTTON BUT WE NEVER GOT RICH
DADDY WAS A VETERAN, A SOUTHERN DEMOCRAT
THEY OUGHTA GET A RICH MAN TO VOTE LIKE THAT

SOMEBODY TOLD US WALL STREET FELL
BUT WE WERE SO POOR THAT WE COULDNâT TELL
COTTON WAS SHORT AND THE WEEDS WERE TALL
BUT MISTER ROOSEVELTâS GONNA SAVE US ALL

MAMA GOT SICK AND DADDY GOT DOWN
THE COUNTY GOT THE FARM AND THEY MOVED TO TOWN
PAPA GOT A JOB WITH THE T.V.A.,
HE BOUGHT A WASHING MACHINE AND A CHEVROLET

did i get it?

I know that desire creates quite a strong thirst, but the things I am seeking now are on MuskieFIRST! Mauser and the South, who sponsors this thread? Connect the dots, everyone, it's different ground the Riddler treads...

Listen, listen, listen, I'll post this once more, the answers you seek are through MuskieFIRST's front door!

Mauser!
South?
Muskie Road Rules?

M&M, and I mean fishing
Find them together with a southern Boy, and stop the wild wishing
Look for a specific thing or two, then wait for the next couple very easy clues!

Now you must figure out WHO it is I seek, and hurry it up, I want to begin a new one next week!

Musky Boy has it, but just where did the trip the day before begin? We have Mikie, Mauser, and Tony to ponder, but who were they fishing with, the day before, and yonder?

For the WIN, find me the thread and the mention of the NAME, tell me what was for dinner and you'll be attending a class taught by anglers of fame.

So polite, that thread....

To win, you MUST be the first to have the exact wording posted to this thread!

The underground railroad is alive and well in muskie country. Me & Mauser traveled to Indy Monday night and were roomed by Tomcat and his family in what he termed the underground muskie railroad - shuttling fish-starved southerners to fertile northern waters. Great to see them again. Our trip to Eagle River yesterday was long and uneventful, we got to visit Rollie & Helens and felt we'd gone to heaven.
Met up with cincinnati from the M 101 board last night for dinner and he directed us to Snipe lake for the evening bite. I guess they call it Snipe to fool the tourists new in town? Didfn't see fish but Mauser worked off some nervous energy. We're heading out with Tony Grant in a few minutes and heaidng to the great white north. Weather yesterday was rolling rainstorms and this day should clear out later, clouds and breeze. We're having a blast. m
