Muskyboy has it right. Betsy and her fish will with a few clues point to the final nfo we need and seal this thing, at the end of the tunnel we see the final ligtht!

The Riddler now asks you to tell him someting not fishing, like the journalistic requirements of the story to get a reporter's report published instead of just wishing!
