Location: SE Wisconsin | Wisconsin Crossbow Hunting Regulations Expanded for Hunters Statewide Michigan, Illinois and Pennsylvania are among states that have recently allowed expanded use of crossbows during their archery deer seasons. Wisconsin has become another Great Lakes State in which legistlature is looking to get approval for allowance to ALL licensed hunters to bowhunt with a crossbow, as well as during gun season. "As the 2013-'14 Wisconsin legislative session heats up, early signs indicate a bill will be forthcoming on one of the more divisive hunting issues in Wisconsin: the use of crossbows during the archery deer season." - Paul Smith (JSOnline) http://m.jsonline.com/more/sports/outdoors/187610101.htm Edited by Sam Ubl 2/7/2013 7:56 AM

Location: SE Wisconsin | Lower Michigan, Pennsylvania and Indiana allow crossbows to be used throughout the "whole" entire Archery Whitetail Hunting Season, including gun season, with no age requirements or medical permits required. These are the 3 "Whole". Illinois and the Northern UP (Upper Michigan) only allow crossbows to be used for part of the traditional Whitetail Hunting Seasons, yet similar to the three states listed above, there are no longer age requirements or medical condition permits required. Illinois is allowing the opportunity for crossbows to be used for ONLY late archery season, while Upper Michigan prohibits use of crossbows in late archery and muzzleloader season. These are the 2 "Less than Whole". Wisconsin is soon hosting a legislative hearing to possibly be yet another State in the Great Lakes area to allow crossbow hunting statewide for the whole duration of the traditional archery seasons, including gun season. Posts: 32886 Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | If the answer was that easy everyone would win, and that's not how the Riddler sends his clues in. The beginning and end are 'parts' of a month, the rest are all listed as 'part' of the hunt... the single day in November had hunting before and after, now try to understand that before you hear the Riddler's laughter. --Pointer was the FIRST to get it right and had all of the words there to make his answer tight-- Complaint 1) You stand corrected. 2) Explanation is foggier than answer. 3) Pointer WAS correct 4) Now you should. September had to be first, and January last, with the rest in context, so write that down fast with the rest of the clues and answers you found, if you want to win the Mother load of lures that will abound. If a calendar you used instead of a sentences you see, the answer would have been clearer than it was supposed to actually be. Nothing before and nothing after would have been the next clue if you couldn't be craftier. Your complaining cost you an entire day of clues.... that would have been raining.... as the Riddler had to spend all his time watching you second guessing and complaining while the answer was DEAD on, and that's enough of the explaining......
