Last year my son had three (3) fish follow a Topraider, one fish hit and missed, the second took a swipe, but the third ate it result he boated a nice 38 incher. Not to stop there after the fish was released we returned to casting and the other two remaining fish followed his topraider again but he was unable to hook up. NO I was not drinking or dreaming that's just his luck, it was on this same trip that he also caught a 23 inch smallmouth (Released) and a 28 inch walleye (released), in a few years he will be old enough to play the lottery maybe I won't have to work anymore.

| Great minds think alike, Norm. I was just compiling my list of all the Golf stuff I have in the basement, and listing all the different clubs. Driver, Iron(Which has come up previously in this hunt), putter, wedge, chipper, etc., etc,.
Hard to rhyme alot of those items. Wedge-Sledge-schmedge.
Not on the bottom, I see it sometimes.
Not a creature or jig, so I am figuring a suspending lure. Crankbait perhaps. What rhymes with Triple D!!!??

| Perhaps the "8" refers to the length of the bait...there is also a golf GREEN...what bait might ryhme w/ that, or maybe ryhme w/ a certain course or tournament...MASTERS, etc...I don't swing a club, so I'm presently sucking wind on this one...maybe even something in a club house, or a town/area name...WOODS ON THE WATER POWER PROBE! |
