Posts: 5 | Oke, but you don't want to fight a musky longer on a lighter rod, or is that impossible? I'm a pike fisher, because musky doesn't exist here. Here's a bait i've made. It's 9cm long and weights 30 grams.

Posts: 680 Location: Muskoka Ontario,Canada | The majority of musky anglers here are very carefull to make the fight a quick one which will ensure a healthy release. Other gamefish such as Trout and Salmon are a better choice for light tackle battles as they release much easier.

Dutch pike if you're looking for smaller lures then I can highly recommend the smallest models of Snax's shad and bunker. I bought a couple for pike fishing here in the UK and they are great little lures. Bunker's my favourite. Looks like he has a new largemouth bass paintjob using the same body as the bunker so that should be great as well.

![]() Posts: 37 Location: Mid Wales, UK | Just had a look at your book preview and there are some excellent lures on there. I tried picking out a list of my favourites but there are just too many. Page 284 has a lure with probably the most realistic scales I've ever seen! Can't tell if they're printed, painted or real! Do you think an English language version will ever come out?

Posts: 18 Location: Helsinki/Finland | I check that page when i get to work. I was planing to do that english version, but my own translation skills are too minor. I don't have any publicer yet for that Finnish version, so all cost are coming straight to me. I wish to get some helpfull fisherman to translate book, but let see. This book is just my hobbby. I am not a professional "author". Basic idea for book was: retain todays luremakers and their fisharts today, because in the future they all are part of Finish fishinghistory. Most of them are then forgeted.
