Posts: 103 | Spend as much time as possible at our cabin on Sabaskong Bay LOTW. Hopefully beat my record of 31 days. I am sure my wife will think it is a good idea.

Posts: 97 Location: Milwaukee, WI | Trip 1 - A week on LOTW in July. Excited to be fishing a totally brand new area of the lake this year. Trip 2 - A week at the Chippewa Flowage. Less fishing than the LOTW trip, as its officially our anniversary trip. Lucky for me that my wife enjoys being in the boat anytime - as long as it is not raining. Trip 3 - 3 days in Oneida County in October. Other than that, probably a dozen days on Pewaukee/Okauchee, and maybe a weekend here or there around Wisconsin.

Our family also has a cabin on Sabaskong bay about 1 mile from the government dock. ( Big red boat house and dock sheds) Usually there from 3rd week in June through mid July. Also spend a week mid to late September. If you see a yellow lab running around on the Island you know we are there. If you are up during these dates stop by and introduce yourself. Always have cold refreshments on hand. Perry on Boehm Island.

Posts: 180 Location: Elgin, IL | My one big trip is to LOTW with S Petros and friends in July. He showed me that Muskie fishing is it. Spending time with him last season has made me determined to work more for these wonderful creatures. Can't wait.

Posts: 743 | This year will suck. The wife lost her job and she won't let me go to Canada at all. We have plenty of money in the bank where I could at least make my inexpensive trip but she says no. Maybe she gets another job or a settlement from the lawsuit we have against the scumbag that fired her. We shall see. After making 3 trips the last 2 years and 2 the 8 before that it's going to be tough.

I will be at my cabin at the Northwest Angle as much as my work schedule will allow. Usually about 6 to 7 total weeks (many weekends included). Fish from ice out to ice up.
