I have an open seat in my truck, 3 if you don't mind the back seat of an extended cab 2010 F150.

I will be leaving Appleton early Friday morning (bout 5-6am) and leaving Michigan Sunday morning for the ride back. Departure times are flexible. Just chip a little in for gas.

We will be there as Talonz for the last time before our new name change goes into effect . As many of you know My wife won the woman's masters and woman's big fish this year with a 55 inch monster from Lake St. Clair. We will have slashers, Little claws and our brand new 5 inch fat shads. I am hoping to see her draw some more women into the sport. So guys? bring your wives. girlfriends and sisters. Our booth will be right next to the Michigan Muskie Alliance. Chapter 47 of Muskies Inc. See you all there, Mike and Michelle King

We'll be there! We have been looking forward to doing this show since it's conception last year. Should be a good time! Swing by the Red October booth and say what's up!

Sadly due to a scheduling conflict I am going to have to be a scratch from the speakers list. Hope to have a chance to get over there for sure next year as I was really looking forward to this one. Pretty sure I will be making that one a tradition.

With that being said, my very good friend Scott Kieper
http://www.scottkieper.com/ has agreed to cover my shift and pull a double, and has an extra special one lined up for just for this show. So I hope you all can make it, as he will be leading off the show speaker list. Great lineup all together though, I doubt I will be missed lol.

And for those of you who just cant get there, Scott has also filled my spot at this Years New London Muskie Magic show, and I am told his next DVD should be out by the New London show. So theres that too, I think he will have a few teasers though for Michigan, including what could be one of the greatest fish strikes ever caught on camera! (got a sneak peek myself) But I did agree to do the New London show already for 2012, I just hope they manage to find another compliment speaker to at least get some folks through the door. http://www.mosquitohill.com/muskymagic/index.htm

Go Pack!

For those going to the show, if you have never jigged for musky be sure to attend Jon Bondy’s seminar (1:00 PM). It’s an excellent seminar. Be sure to pick up some Bondy Baits as well.

I’ll be there Saturday but won’t have much money to spend so I have to be picky about what I buy. If any of the vendors accept credit card I’m in BIG trouble.

Donuts and coffee in the morning sounds good to!

Great show! Lots of booths, tons of lures, and quite a few folks in spite of the snow (6" on my vehicle when I left at 3pm).
Scott did a great job subbing for Shane (that's what teachers do, right?).
The seminar area wasn't swell, but I'm sure the guys will get that figured out for next time. Always great to see Steve H, Mike H, Tony G, and Jim Spinner. Already looking forward to the Ohio Show!
