If your wife ever saw what you spent in at the show, she could probably retire and not have to fund your summer canadian citizenship. I am sure she is really happy when you come home to visit her, if she only knew you were just coming home to get more money from the bank.

I had a real bad year. Spent a lot of money on repairs. Maybe it's time for a new boat.

Steve, Thats great ,I'll look for the camera shots! September this year Washington States Skagit River will have large numbers of Extra Big Chinook Salmon ,biggest run in 12 years, let me know if you would like to join Me and my brother David in the Drift Boat for a few days out in the Pacific Northwest. Only cost would be airline ticket and fishing license,we can stay at my brothers house near the river.

Steve, thanks for taking the time doing the video highlights. I for one enjoy seeing the poolside demos along with the rest of the highlights. It kinda of eases the pain of not being able to attend.

Bill Schwartz & I will be at the Slammer Booth, with the NEW lines of piscitorial entrapment devices!

We also are offering a very special prize for anyone that catches an alive legal muskie from the pool during the show!! Proof of the event is required, "hear-say", rumor, allegation, or the word of a completely or semi drunk acquaintence willnot count!

HA! The Packers rank much higher than a musky show, at least to this Packer fan. Dont get me wrong I'd love to go to the show, but I'd much rather go to the game.

HAHA Greg, I had to give him a hard time....I wish I could make both, but the Packers trump muskies.

At least you will get to see Favre play his last game, in the playoffs, and at home You better hope its not cold :) ...and at least you don't have to worry about the bears anymore LOL

Everyone, be sure to check out The Nate's swimbaits at the show. A couple of the Indiana guides will have them at their booths. They are incredible lures and last after catching multiple fish unlike some others

Favre's last season, are you KIDDING me? After this season, I highly doubt this is it! The guys got some of the best QB stats in the league and what, he's 38years old?

I was just kidding, obviously. He shouldnt base it off of how good he played this year...I mean, 17 years in the league and only one superbowl ring to show for it...if only the Bears would have gotten him...he would have at least 5... but he loves the game so thats all the reason to come back. Looking forward to seeing Brady break all of his records though jk jk

I'll be there in Pastika's booth with Kingfisher, Fred Hirsch (his new "Twin Ten" Ghosttail's won't last long!), Mic Drury of American Hardwood Lures and others.

As an incentive for all here, stop by Pastika's booth at any of the three major muskie shows this season and mention "MuskieFirst" and get $5.00 off your purchase of my books. For those that can't make it to the shows, just make a "MuskieFirst" note on your order form (available on my web site) and reduce the price total accordingly and I'll get them right out to you.

Will be returning for my 3rd year, again corner booth # 57, with 4 new lures. More exciting............Mike Weltz, who has tagged along with me at last years' shows has completed a musky painting. Just completed giclees on paper and canvas. This is a newer process, much more advanced detailed than ordinary lithograph prints. Mike has won many competitions with his taxidermy skills over the years and has returned to the painting world. You MUST stop by and take a look. You will be impressed, and bring your checkbook, for your chance to get one of these limited edition prints.
Hope image isn't too big to post, if so, will get help and get it on.

Looking forward to my first Chicago show. I'll be in booth 75, with tons of photos of big fish, and a beautiful replica of a Mille Lacs 55 X 26, made by LAX reproductions. Stop in and say "hi".
