Really really amazing. You guys must think it is just another day, but those of us without talent are simply blown away by each of your talent. Keep up the good work. I decided a year ago that I was only buying from basement guys. Best fishing decision I have ever made. I look forward to trying more different baits next year.

Thanks for your efforts.

Nice baits guys! Beav,Joe,Chad, Hound, and everyone! I like seeing all the different styles of painting and lure styles.

I tried some smaller cranks. Down here in Ohio and surrounding states the shad are the main bite. I tried a couple of shad types. They ran great out in the pond before the paint. I can't wait to try them in some of my local haunts!!!!!!!!!

Have a good weekend!
John

That baits going to kick some fish butt. If you don't mind how did you get the tight scale pattern? cheese cloth or fiberglass cloth of some sort.

Here is a carved and foiled Pike glider with a rubber tail that finished this fall. Works Great as well....

Best one from you yet Joe. Outstanding!
I've always wanted to add little rubber tail on my baits but never had a supplier. Really adds to the realism.

Joe I have been playing along those lines. Sorry to be vague. I have been experimenting with different things. That fiberglass idea sounds very interesting -now I have something to tinker with this weekend.

Joe very nice. Looks very real! I like that rubber tail. I met you at the chicago show and shook your hand. You have really nice baits! I bought one of your bluegills and I put it above my work bench. Reminds me how far I have to go! I wish I would have introduced myself. Next time I will!

I'm hoping to make it to Chicago for 2008. There are soooo many of you I'd love to meet. You all inspire me to keep improving. The bar keeps getting higher and higher that I almost feel sorry for anyone who is just trying to break into the custom musky bait world.

As much as I like you and your baits Joe, I'm starting to go right off you, isn't there some kind of limit to a man's talent?

Nice crank tigger and interesting lip angle. I bet that crank really pounds. Thats a beaut!!

On a fiberglass note, i have a couple used believers that i recently acquired from a Canadian. The paint will scratch, but there are NO hook grooves in the bodies. Might be indestructable??

Chico,
Is it official? Are we on a "break"?

PS, Stop torturing me already! I need those fiberglass lures!!!!

Thanks for the compliments guys(and Chico). The bait is 11" long and has a really long glide. I'll post some pics of the smallmouth that I made when I get around to taking pics of it.
