Throwing mud at the wall hoping some might just stick won't get you the answer the Riddler needs to be picked. Look at the clues and the answer will leap into your mind if you actively seek.

THA4 on page 34 his interview with James Linder, down to earth kind of guy and has a undying passion for sport fishing.
The mask = THA4= Thomas Allen which THA=3 letters 4 for therest fo his name. Hidden on page 34 is where this answer I think lies.

Look to the name of the man who is leading; the direction most are looking is somewhat impeding the ability to guess the right guy by his name, add a consonant and a vowel, look at a roast and a fillet, and then name me a name, a name of some fame.

OutdoorsFirst Radio with Tommy Skarlis Talking Whitetails.

Tommy Skarlis is a competitive walleye angler and the 'y' in Tommy is the consonant and vowel.

Now we have it, now we are rocking, were on our way to finding the motherload at a RUN, not walking. Now a left turn, and a hard left at that, let's set Tommy Skarlis aside and find another hero...stat.

Ice.
