| NO GIVING UP!!! Just pull back off the trail and regroup; review the information available, then wait in ambush...sooner or later a hapless clue will appear; at that time use what you know and "snipe" the answer, claiming a part or all of the prize. Haven't seen frozen water meself in years; I can only pull the pin and hope a fragment of an answer hits the mark, thus making this time of testing all worthwhile! |

Location: Woodstock, IL | If I were a betting man, my bet would go on "spring". A spring can pop or hop and both rhyme with top. Plus "ice" turns to "water" in the "spring".
Dang, I wish I knew that tip-ups had springs!
Then again, I thought that either I or someone else had it in the past and didn't come through.
