Power Pro.
ZERO failures in 10 yrs of up to 100 days per yr of casting. Holds little water.
I can not say the same for several other brands I have tried.
-just my experience.
-Jon

Cortland also never failed for me in limited use.

I mostly use 80 and 100 Power Pro but have some reels spooled with Tuff Line no problems yet.

For me Cortland. Tried a few others, but always switch back to the Cortland.

Keep meanin to try the high seas myself.

In the meantime, i'll stick with this line,

Werks every time..

I've been using 80lb power pro, it's been very good to me over the past couple years. One thing i could say is that it picks up a ton of water. My hands get soaked when i use my winch. I was thinking about trying the Super Slick this year hoping that helps , my reels are getting new line this year finally. What's are some of the differences/advantages between the two?

I used super slick in 20 and 65# and both of them are smoother thru the eyes and maybe cast further but idk, however I hate how it seams to get micro frays in it soo much faster than normal and it have a hunch that knot strength isn't as good, also my friends seemed to backlash more often and backlash snapping line seamed 2x more likely with slick

Power pro 80-100 for me too. I've never had an issue or failure with it.
