I will be adding clues until someone finds the prize. The sentences containing the verbage that will win the prizes for you will be hidden on the MuskieFIRST board, SOMEWHERE...When you think you have found the 'prize', post it to the board!! FIRST one with the correct identifying post wins all.

Prizes include a Frabill Powercatch Muskie Net, and Ambassadeur 5000c Vantage Plus, and a Muskie Plaque by Worralls Woodworking (worrallswoodworking.com).

Post your feeble guesses here. I must warn you, I am tough but VERY concise with the clues. If you think Slamr is tough...

You must register to win, as it is too easy to immitate an anonymous post.

Good LUCK!!

Clue Number One, week one--
Today, the more there are, the less there are...

"Women Are Smarter"? Great song, a real toe-tapper.

Love the clue, Steve. But can we ask questions about this deal? Like, what do you mean, "hidden in a post"?

Good point Ranger, if I am correct, there are at least 250 pages...at what page forward are the potential answers? I know for a fact that there are a lot fewer smart women than there seem to be, and I'll show me wife what I wrote as soon as she gets home! Well maybe....:O

Clue Number 2) I am not in a river, nor in a tree; under a mailbox is where you'll find me.

Clue Number 3) Now you know I am not in a tree. I am not alone, I am bunched up in 2. 1 is not 3. The wood is not holding the clue to find me.

Sure, ask questions, if you want to confuse the issue by having me answer in riddles..

Good luck. Post your guesses here, if you are going the right direction, I will let you know!

Esoxjunkie, you are correct. Put the clues in order, and answer them as best you can IN ORDER, that might help a bit.Maybe. Then again...

MuskieE, no one said it would be easy. Investigate. Improvise. Overcome. Adapt. Or, give up; whipped by a simple song reference.

The post "I win" by Mr. Pike. The more new years there are the fewer there are left for a person. It was a double post (there are two)...the first post of the new year (turning of the years). Is that it?

Good logic, but not even close.

Clue Number 6) We are two in one, seperated by two. One makes up the other. The woods will not be found there. If you find what is not there, you will not win the day.

This is a scavenger HUNT. You must put all the clues together, gaining answers from each one accumulating toward the goal of locating the Prize.

Clue Number 7) 11 of 25 is the beginning of the end.

If it wants to win this event, a muskie will have to get a brain transplant. If that was a guess, nope. Very cold, getting colder.

Hi Steve,
Krappie here, I had to register under my real name here to post because I'm having some problems posting under my Krappie alias.

Here's a guess and I could be way off the mark with this one: But how about the old cliche saying: Killing two birds with 1 stone?

Are there separate clues for each riddle or does each one point to a single answer?

catch ya later,
Shawn
