Got thsi pic yesterday. What other fish do you guys catch using your musky baits when fishing for musky OR fishing for other species? This was a Grouper caught on a Mag Shad in FL.

I almost always catch at least 2-3 big walleyes on Leech when I am fishing glide baits and jerk baits in late summer and fall. Makes me wonder if I shouldn't be throwing those specifically for walleyes at times!

Nearly every time I see a bass tournament going on Pewaukee Lake, I'll clip on double-tens and fish in plain sight of them, if I get a ski...fine, but there is always a great chance to snare a five-pound Largemouth in the shallows. Then I use a loud expletive, and say, "I am just so sick of catching these things!" I guess that makes me sort of an SOB....but the look on their face is (as they say in the Master Card commercials) PRICELESS!

I caught a 12" large mouth bass trolling a 5" scuba. It did not pull any drag, just floated on top. It swam off after I released it. It did all it could just to get the rear treble in its mouth.

Caught a 25" walleye on a northland booty call spinnerbait. Hammered it right above a cabbage flat, pretty cool.

Lots of largemouth. Funny how you can catch a big LMB on a musky lure and be disappointed, but if you caught that same fish while trying for bass it would make your day...

There’s a captain on the gulf coast of Florida who buys my 10” Molly Bait blanks and paints them.  He says the tuna love them and catches wahaoo, dolphin, grouper and sharks on them.  I need to get down there!

Caught this smallie with a Depthraider. I had just cut the hooks out of a musky and the strong winds pushed us onto a shallow rocky flat while I changed out the hooks and Abe cleaned up the boat. I throught the bait over the side of the boat into the drink once I got the new hooks one, stood up and gave her a couple rips along the side of the boat to make sure the action was still there and from out of no where under the boat this smallie came up and crushed it! Crazy! Had Fittante work his magic for me..

I snagged a big sturgeon trolling a liplock one night
a few summers ago. Came off a 24' hump in 80 feet of water.
I thought "it was the one". The spot owes me big time now.

Got a 15lb salmon 2 years ago trolling an 8" Grandma in a quiet bay in October. It was cold, and rainy. This fish was full of eggs and had lost its way, or was pulling over for a nights rest. Jumped 3 or 4 times, then she was spent.

Caught Plenty of pike on 10s, and 13s ranging anywhere from hammer handle to 43"and fat. I caught a 24" largemouth last year on a topraider at night.

Hooked into and lost a loon 3 years ago (thank god)
Saw a buddy hook and lose a beaver last year. was a super low light period right when it was getting dark, he saw the shadow and brough him through a figure8 thinking it was a huge musky. It hit, we saw what it was and it was gone. I did not want to deal with a beaver AT ALL, Very happy it released itself

Last fall I "hit the cycle" with a DCG. Started off with LMB, then a 28 inch walleye haning out in between some cabbage and milfoil, a northern and finlly a musky. Made for the oddest 4 hours of fishing in recent memory.

Last sumemr I was out with Brad P on what was one of the buggiest nights i have ever been out on and we were trolling to keep the skeeters off and I popper a 25-27 inch walleye on a 10 inch jake...

I've done very well on bigger rubber catching the incidental walleyes. Top photo is a 9" curly sue down the throat of a 26" walleye. 2nd is a 28.5" 8lb even caught on an magnum bulldawg walleye color. This is just to name a few that have hit these baits for me.

I caught a 7 pound walleye on a Mepps Marabou in a ~120 acre lake last year.

Here's a hungry bass that ate a double 10.
