Posts: 25 | Hey guys, My buddy hooked into this while trolling for eyes last night. We wanted to get her back in the water right away and let it go without measuring it. Can you guys give me a close estimate on the length from the picture? Attachments ---------------- ![]()

Posts: 415 | Id say 47-ish , nice fish. Big props to you and your buddy with being more concerned with releasing the fish alive and well over getting an exact measurement. Edited by Ja Rule 11/16/2012 6:22 AM

Posts: 8831 | On a more serious note, I'd say 47" would be pretty accurate. The guys who have never caught a 47" will tell you it's only 44". The guys who lie about every fish will tell you it's pushing 50", because it looks bigger than the last fish they told everyone was 50". But I am going with 47".

I doubt its pushing 50 personally. Nice one to anyone's standards though. Still say 46.5. Who cares why he wants to know? I think this is a good place to have a post like this. There are a ton of knowledgeable people on here who can assist and its fun for us to guess too! Thank you for posting this and I hope to see more of this sort of thing in the future! Kirby

Off topic but what is that piece on the boat with cup holders, tool holder, graph? That is obviously a custom part. Can you explain or provide some info?
