Posts: 111 Location: Weyauwega Wi. | I wanted to share this with all of you. This is my wife's 52 incher from yesterday. This fish owned her for about 5 minutes. She did an awesome job fighting this fish. She is a great fishing partner. Attachments ---------------- 52 inch flowage beast 043 (800x695) (640x556).jpg (257KB - 164 downloads)

Posts: 16 | Wow.. Thats a super tanker. Congrats to your wife!!! Love the wisconsin pure strain fish and the TFF. My wife is my main fishing partner and I'd love to put her on a fish like that. Were pulling out next Sat. for the TFF and I can't wait. If you don't mind me asking were you chucking baits or using suckers?

Posts: 1144 Location: Minnesota. | Congrats to the both of you on a fine fish. And tons of that to your bride for not actually hugging the critter and removing all the slime. See that all too much on pics. and there's no excuse! I hope it made her day/week/year. She deserves it.

Posts: 200 Location: Minnesota | Great fish! How is the water level there right now? There are enough stumps and other hazards on the TF flowage when the water is normal. God knows, I've found a few of them. I can't imagine how much fun it would be with the drought right now. Edited by lhprop1 9/10/2012 4:32 PM

Posts: 111 Location: Weyauwega Wi. | By this weekend it should be down to around 3 1/2 feet below full pool. It's getting very dangerous out there right now. once I'm out of the original lakes I idle everywhere I go. This time of year it's where motors go to die.
