Good for you. I will have 30 years this May. Stopped drinking and drugging when I was 20. Like it was posted earlier one day at a time. Over the years I have seen Drinking has never made anyone smarter. Hope every year you can celebrate with a nice fish..

Sounds lime you have the right therapy. Great day on the water. Today I put my youngest son on his first brown, my oldest son, the neighbor kid and his girlfriend on their first cohos. That was easy compared to what you have just done.

Congrats in order Chad,
I drank when I was younger but tired of the "Dry Heaves" so I stopped. I quit smoking after bypass surgery back in August so I know what quitting a bad addiction can be like. Wish you many more years of being free, You should be feeling much more good health now. kep fishing annd nails some beasts.

Good work bro.

The first year is always the hardest. Just remember, when life gets too hard to stand up against....kneel.

As our ol' buddy TopWater Terry Anderson used to always say "Easy Does It"

Peace and Serenity.
