| Please tell us about these H30's and their service. Do they offer GLASS lenses? Do they offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY?? If I scratch them, or break them due to my own stupidity, will they be replaced??? Give us the info....... give me some FACTS to go on... Information...I need information... |

| Just asking for information. Soooo many guys come on here looking for information and you get people that have NO CLUE what they're talking about, proclaiming a product to be the "best". Personally, I yearn for knowledge and information and if there is a "better" or comparable product out there, I'd like to know about it. There are people that frequent this board that catch 3 fish a year and tell everyone else what they "should" do and use. I've been on here since it's inception and have seen this trend develop. People always ask why the "pros" don't frequent these and other message boards....I just answered that question. People are either trying too hard to "sell" a product or claiming it's the latest / greatest because of some bogus criterion. Providing an opinion is much different than "claims" of greatness. And...I'm NOT putting down ANY product, simply asking for information.

Location: Wisconsin | H3O's and why I like them so much and why I think their customer service is so good. I like these sunglass because you can interchange the lens for different lighting conditions and water clarity. Second they are very lite in weight so you bearly notice you are wearing them. The frames are flexible also.
My opinion on their customer service is based on first hand account. I had a problem develop where a lens would pop out. I talk with them and with no questions they replaced my frames and the set of lens that I had.
These statements are made on My first hand experience with the product and company. Yours may differ. I have had These sunglasses now for 5 years. |

Location: minocqua, wi. | if you have bifocals do some homework and find someone in the Rx business to talk to and find out how/where Rx polarized lenses are sourced. i learned a lot last year, saved some jingle and built a custom pair of bifocal lens glasses that rock! they are fantastic. |

| I have 2 pairs of polarized. A set of H3O's that I like alot and a pair of Wiley X Zak's. I like the Zak's when it is really sunny because of the wider frame on the sides, it blocks out more light than the thin frames on my H30's.
Mornings, overcast, and evenings I wear my H3O's. |

The claims of "great product" and "fantastic service" are mere opinions, not backed up by any facts. Saying they have a lifetime warranty does not in itself make a product great, it just means it has a lifetime warranty. Perhaps if you'd provided some examples of why you proclaim them to be great, and examples of why their service is fantastic, it would lend some legitimacy to your opinions.

| I have Smith's and they are nice. Wiley's work well too and have a few pairs, but to be honest, $4.95 gets you a set of Strike King at walmart that work just as well as my $129 Smith Optics. I don't think i willl ever spend $129 on sunglasses ever again to be honest. |

I didn't ask for any documentation, I simply stated that you apparently don't have to heed your own advice when it comes to providing INFORMATION, as you say. You can run someone else down for not providing information, but when you don't do it, that seems to be OK with you. |

| I have tried Ray Ban, Maui Jim, and Oakley.
The Ray Bans (black lens) were nice and lasted me 5 years. They were extremely durable, but I did not feel the lens was as nice as others I was trying.
I then tried the Mauis (2 pair - black and brown lenses). I really liked the feel of these and really felt that I could see in the water a lot better. Unfortunately, I noticed a stress fracture in the lens by the screw in the top corner. I sent them back while under warranty and was able to get the lens replaced. In less than a year, the same issue happened again! Unfortunately, they are no longer under warranty, so I have put them in their case and keep them as a spare if needed ($60 to get repaired...I would happily pay it, but not if it is just going to happen again and again).
I am currently using the Oakley EyePatch 2 in the black lens. I am in love with these! Even though it is a dark lens, it actually lightens things up nicely. I also like how the lenses are oversized which really helps to keep the sunlight out of the sides of my eyes/edges of the frames.
Just my 2 cents...

I also use a clear no tint lense on real overcast days or in low light conditions. They are also polycarbonate like the h3os. I would suggest everyone own a pair whether they are cheap or not. |

Sorry but that was funny, thats why I have a strap on mine ..... Another vote for the H30's yes they have lifetime warrenty, like other I like the option of different lenses and they have held up great for over 5 years and no scratches yet.... |
