I'm told this show has been sold out to vendors for quite some time.
Big Wood Musky Lures will be there. Still trying to figure out what baits to bring as we can only bring a small fraction of what we carry. I'm open to suggestions for anyone going to the show.
They are giving away a canoe and Leinenkugels is one of the sponsors, so I'm guessing the beer will be flowing?
Should be a great Time!

I know that there is a ton of advertising on it Muskie Magazine, Musky Hunter Magazine, Channel 12 out of Rhinelander WI, The Wausau Paper, 8 different radio stations from Appleton north and west and a ton of fliers being handed out in Northern WI. I know that Keyes Outdoors will have something on it the next couple of weeks as well.

Wisconsin Musky Expo March 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Wausau WI!!!!!!

Jerry, The Wisconsin Musky Expo is March 2-4th at the Patriot Center in Wausau. We have a full seminar schedule including Hall of Fame guides Tony Rizzo (3 pm on Friday), Russ (Smitty) Smith (10 am Sat.). Capt. Dennis Radloff (2 pm Sat.) will be talking about Green Bay muskies, Steve Worrall (10:30 am Sun.) will be speaking on the sounds that muskie baits make, as well as many other informative seminars. You can bring your Abu Garcia reel and they will teach you how to clean it. Fishn' Hole Bait and Tackle of Rhinelander will be buying used muskie baits that you don't throw anymore, so bring those along. Al Soczka from Tall Pines Motel and Gallery in Land O'Lakes will be appraising old musky lures. As far as the exhibitors, Shimano will be there showing off the new Tranx reel, Todd Powell (well known Eagle River musky guide) will be in the Tadpoles booth with a full line of Shimano products, Power Pro, Pearson Plugs makes custom gliders and they will be coming from OH, Vicious line, Nimmer Swimmer lures will be displaying his handcrafted musky baits, Suick Lures will have some hot new show colors, Elk River Rods will have a full line of custom musky rods, Black River Bait Co. will be there with one of the hottest surface baits you'll ever see, Enticer Tackle, Dreamcatcher Bucktails and Tackle, Manta Lures, Phantom, Marv's Spinner Baits, H3O Sunglasses, Big Game Tackle, and MANY, MANY MORE...in fact, you can even pick up your "Musky Breath" candle at the show or a Trouble Maker T-shirt. There will be raffles for musky tackle and you can register to win the Leinenkugel canoe. Whether you attend Friday or Saturday, save your ticket stub as that will gain you admission to the show party Saturday night where a live band (Magnum 4 out of Milwaukee) will be playing. Without your stub, there will be a $5.00 cover at the door. There will also be lure swap at 7 pm Saturday evening. There will be plenty to do and see. Should be a good time!

i have a variation of the top color that put over 20 fish in the boat last year on the flambeau, the new colors should rock the river systems.

Saw the Migizi rods at the Milwaukee show. The are absolutely gorgeous! One rod that caught my eye was the snakeskin/feather butt wrap. That was beautiful....definitely different! Vince, is Migizi going to have any shorter rods there?

I don't have anything shorter than 8' in my casting series. I CAN MAKE IT! Just haven't had that much demand for it. I am in high gear to have more 9'6" rods made up as I only have 2 left for sale...seems most everyone likes the longer rods!

Next addition might be a 7' spinning rod for bass/walleye?

Hey, Make sure you guys check out Person Plugs at the Wisconsin Musky Expo, Fred hasn't done many shows in our area and is kind of an unknown here but he makes a couple of different gliders that are awesome imo. The suicide sucker never stops moving even at rest and the paint on them is great. I'm not carrying them in our booth at the show but a lot of space in our store is going to be dedicated to his line of lures. So visit Fred at the show!!!

Nice lookin lure John. Looks like the old Cobbs I used to love. Do they float at rest? Slowly sink? Can you get on them prety good, or are theya tap tap side to side? I like em all, just wondering what type of action they had.
