Here is something for those who don't have anything better to do; and want to share some knowledge and experience. What is the strangest catch you ever had on a muskie line?
I'm sure mine are common, but I've taken a citation size carp on a 7" Believer; and citation size channel catfish on an 8" Jake. Had a first cast experience with a really nice walleye on an 8" Believer; and trolled one up on a 9" Grandma.

My buddy got a 24" walleye boat side on a figure 8 on a suick in the mid morning.
For me was a 10lb anchor on a crank bait. Also a catfish on a reef hog.

Some pretty big catfish on Heli Dawgs. They put up a pretty good fight too.

Caught a 30" Dogfish burning a small bucktail over some milfoil. Turns out it was pretty close to a state record.

Buddy caught a scrappy little sturgeon, we called his PB dinosaur on a depth raider.

67" sturgeon snagged square in the side with a double 10. First minunte or two I thought I was really into something till it started turning the boat and had a good idea of what it probably was....

Last summer my buddy caught a rock bass on an 8" Weagle.
that is just crazy. I've caught several smallmouth bass under 10 inches on choppers and topraiders.. Have caught two sturgeon on tip ups through the ice fishing for walleyes on the st. Lawrence. One was close to 50" and I was using a #10 treble with 8 or 10lb fluoro leader

A buffalo carp that was so big that it nearly busted my Scotty rod holder. Trolling a deep diver slammer and the fish actually had the entire rear hook in its mouth... not snagged. That got the heart rockin’ for a few minutes, thought I had the ONE!

Buffalo hooked in the mouth on a crankbait. Also caught some dogfish and some big gar. I think the dogfish is an underwater badger, very mean disposition.

This summer we caught a dozen or so 12" LM bass on 10s and 13s in the middle of the night on rock humps. Weird... I also caught a 39 inch pike on a cowgirl boatside a half hour after dark.

I caught a 40lbs snapping turtle on Rowan lake in 1991. The hole thing is on video tape. I was just a kid and couldn't lift it into the boat after we netted it. My dad was laughing the whole time...

A football of a Brown Trout and a 10# Drum. I managed to get pic's of a few of the Sturgeon I snagged and landed this past season. What a trip they were!

I caught a pair of flannel pants once after my cowgirl sank to the bottom on a backlashed cast. And I caught about a 15 pound chunk of tar when I was a kid; thought I had the fish of my life on!

And moose50 that is a dandy of a sturgeon! I'm also noticing it looks like different fish in the pictures... How often does that happen to you...?

MM01, I usually land 2 to 3 a season with others also being hooked. This past season was crazy with 3 trips in a row landing 2 each trip, then a few more later on top of that. They were in the same area where I was getting muskys in the mid 30# range. Moose

I thought Sturgeon were a PIA, I'll take one of those over a 40# snapper any day.

Caught a tow rope for skiing while trolling a depth raider. Daughter caught a barred owl on a creeper. Owl sure was a goof.

a 35" pike on a crawler in 32' of water last August. Water temps were blistering in the Metro and it was about 95F. I thought I had a 12 pounder...... Turns out I did - wrong species.

A 2" little minnow or some sort on a grandma. Speared that sucker right through dead center, did not do it on purpose.
