| I have always been a power pro guy using mostly 80-100 lb test. I bought a few new reels and looking to try something different for line. I have not had any trouble with the power pro just looking for something new to try. Any suggestions? |

Location: APPLETON, WI | I had Spiderwire Stealth on my reels last year and had no issues at all.
Went with Cortland MasterBraid this year... no issues at all.
Just bought a new reel and got some Sufix 832... haven't used it yet so I've no comment. But have heard good things. |

Location: beloit | I've always used 80# cortland spectron but when I got a new reel this year I decided to try something new and went with 80# diamond braid. I've only been able to use a few times but so far I really like and I don't think it holds water like the cortland stuff does and its very round.

| I am getting ready to place my new order for Hi seas again. I bought it two seasons ago on 1 casting rod and two trolling rods and like it a lot so this year I will be spooling all rods with the braid again 80lbs braid is what I used. I also have been using there Fluorocarbon leader material and it has been great. |

Location: WI | I've also always used power pro but have spooled up a rod with the Sufix 832 and I love it seems to cast better and as said by PIKEMASTER doesn't hold as much water. |

| Another vote for Sufix. Had used their Performance Braid for a couple seasons and was very happy with how well it held up and performed.
Now the 832 has blown my mind! I simply can't say enough how smooth, quiet, easy handling, dryness, and its durability is. Truly superior.
I have to admit, it was hard to try anything else after using Tuf Line Plus and Tuf Line XP for nearly fifteen years.
Give the 832 a try, you will be amazed.

| I trashed all the Spiderwire stealth off my 3 reels . It broke casting double blades spinner new out of the box on 2 different rods. Switched back to PowerPro and Suffix 832. Thorne Bros will spool it for $.12 yard. |

Location: Eagan, MN | I've been using Stealth for the past 8 years or so, 80 and 100 lb. Never had a problem w/ it breaking. I tried 80 lb Suffix 3 years ago and had it snap twice in just a few days. I don't think the 832 was on the market yet so this was something different. |

Location: NorthCentral WI | It doesn't matter what brand of line you have when it comes to a backlash. 80lb will break. A bad backlash on a heavy lure like a Mag Dawg will often snap the line and depending on the individual backlash, will also snap with smaller lures. I'm a noob yet, believe me, it's happened to me. Don't think it matters what kind of line. I've used PowerPro, Stealth, Suffix, and Fireline that I can think of and I like Suffix the best. All of my reels are full of 832 for this year. Hoping it will be as great as they are saying. I will say I liked PowerPro other than the fact it bleeds color all over, Fireline casted very nice and to me seemed the smoothest but also seemed to fray quickly which I didn't like. Never really had a problem with stealth or suffix. |

Location: Mn | Tuf-line xp has my vote, I tend to remain loyal to things that have worked for me. Don't fix what ain't broken. This sometimes gives me more time to develope my own opinion after sorting out reality from marketing hype. This site also helps this process by seeing actual users thoughts. |

| 832. it supposedly stays stronger tho than other braid after fading... it also says it doesnt hold water... i wanna know why my reel freezes up in the winter and my hands are always wet..... ill be using mono in the river this winter for sure and deal with it at least ill be able to cast
