Lemon-Lime Gatorade, it's not to bad warm. I don't carry a cooler unless Jazzy or X-Man are with me. (takes up space)

One of the bigger Gatorade/Powerades. Then, it works perfect for when it has to LEAVE the body again!

Water. Caffeine doesn't mix well with me. I end up shaking like a crackhead.

MONSTER! original green can. Blue is a good lowwer calorie alternative. The monster coffee drinks are pretty good too! Can't beat water though for re-hydration.

Usually don't do the sugar loaded beverages (unless there is some Captain in it). Water & Vitamin B will put some pep in your step without the sugar crash and caffine jitters. (and make you pee day glo yellow)

my dad knows where the best coffee is and what restaurants have good coffee makers and bad ones its hilarious...his phrase after that first sip of coffee "ahhh thats good coffee"...we can never leave without it next to him

For me I personally like red bull and low carb monster. Can't go wrong with a nice cold Dr. Pepper as well.

I alomst always have a can of Red Bull on board, or slammed at the launch. Water is always in my boat.

Anyone gonna say, "Wildlife Energy Drink"?

Jim: Yup- One of the side benifits! You don't have to worry about failing out of the boat on those windy days.

Have fun!

For the boat, it's gatoraid or Power Aid lemon lime and orange, usually one or the other is on sale or vitamin water.

For driving, the yellow vitamin water has caffiene, sobe juice citrus energy is good when you can find it. Every once in awhile a red bull, small, the rest are too much. Regular full throttle tastes good but does nothing for me. Used to drink a monster in the morning and in the afternoon. I was 90mph all day and could not fall alseep before 2am. The sobe in the black and red aluminum can makes me jitter like I am having a seizure.

I'm a blue lo-carb monster guy, but when it's really time to "get your game face on" it's a 5 Hour Energy shot chased with a monster.

I do not advocate this for ANYONE!

Coffee.

If that isn't enough, 5 hour Energy Drink. Works, but tastes like monkey poo.

Try chewing gum before the 5 hr shot, during the 5 hour shot, then slam coffee and finish with more gum. Tends to DULL the monkey poo taste!
