Posts: 32 Location: Brainerd, Minnesota | Just called Steve and talked to him very briefly as he was still out with clients. First thing he said when he answered was "it's true"! Client caught the fish, which is exactly the way Steve wants it. I know that Steve has been working his tail off up here on Mille Lacs. That boat deserves a big one, and got it. Congrats to Steve, and to a very happy fisherman I'm sure. Tim Anderson Big Fish Hunt Guide Service www.bigfishhunt.com

Muskydr - 7/16/2008 10:38 PM The client to be named later caught the beast, Minnesota................what a great place to let WISCONSIN STRAIN fish grow long and fat!!:) I'm pretty sure those Wisco-looking fish are from Iowa. The Iowa fish are a genetic mutt (Mississippi, Wisconsin, Michigan, etc.) which causes them to grow very well in a variety of lake types and locations.
