Been a while, so it's time
to win some E Cells Fuel Cells
For portable power they're fine
You'll get quite a charge out of solving the riddle
'Cept all of the clues
Will Be kinda little.

The deal here is finding a whole bunch of things, leading down the pathway to the E Cell Bling.

Find all the items by reading the clues, and win all the prizes, that's what you can do!

One guess per clue is all we'll allow, no throwing of mud masses to stick just somehow. Reason it out, use logic and think, and you'll find you might as well be searching for answers....

Descriptively starts with a letter that isn't a C, sort of hard sounding and three letters it be. It then goes to the actual, and starts with another 4 from the last and it would start with no other.
