There's the smile. Eventually his cheeks cramp up, but he perseveres.

Everybody have a great time, be safe, and catch a few muskies. Remember, the fish are nice, but spending time with a great bunch of people is what makes it great.

Maybe next time for me. The bar should be a bit quieter this year.

That bar will be just a bit less fun, Hopeful. You had BETTER be there next year, or an intervention squad will be sent in......

I don't know about the bar, but I am sure the parking lot will be a bit more deserted at 3 in the morning.

Going to miss you up there Hopeful, for all the rest of ya, see you Thursday night.

lambeau and Sorno, see you tomorrow night. Norm, see you Thursday. Slamr is bringing a cattle prod to wake me up in the morning.

The fish will cooperate. The weather will cooperate. This is going to be a good time....

I have a HUGE sucker order to bring up. Bait guy shows up at the shop at 0900 Thursday morning. After the livewells are loaded, Lolleitta, Cleo and I are smoking "Pursuit" (sorry to dissapoint you, Kevin) as fast as the Jeep can drag her. See you folks as soon as possible!

Great thing about Jason's smile. Always love to see a goofy smile on a friend's face!

I know everyone is chomping at the bit to be there. Hoewever, being surrounded every working day by musky baits is only killing me more to be up there right now.

Have a great time guys. I was hoping to get up on Friday night, or Sat morn early. But the wife decided I need to fix the mom-in-laws heater in the van on Saturday. So, if I do any fishing this weekend, it'll be on GB.

I won't be fishing with you guys, or staying at the same places, but I'll be there for dinner for 3 or 4 nights. Other plans I had fell through, so I'm off to my old stompin' grounds. "Bout an hour away, but I figure that I can catch some fish, get cleaned up and eat supper, and be in bed right about the time that some people will remind me why it was a good idea to quit drinking. These short days and long nights can be a good or bad thing. Can't wait to meet some of you

We are about to embark on the second leg of the trip this morning. We came up through the UP and spent the night in Escanaba. Hopefully in about 4 hours we'll be at Rollie and Helens, spending some of our hard earned cash, then on our way to Carlin Lake Lodge.

I cannot wait to eat at Skyview. The best dinner for the buck you're gonna find up in Vilas. Here's what you'll need to save room for

1) Cracker Basket
2) Bread
3) Soup
4) Salad
5) OPTIONAL HORS DEVORS (get the wings)
6) Dinner (my favs are the BlueGill and the Porkchops)

You will not leave hungry!

Good luck to everyone heading up to P.I. Hopefully I can make it up there one of these years. Instead of fishing I will be throwing myself down the face of a mountain(some like to call it skiing) and then watching the Pack put a whoopin on the Broncos at Mile High on Monday night. Can't wait to see the pictures when you guys make it back. Hopeful, I have an extra ticket if you can find a cheap last minute flight.

"Pursuit" is latched to the Jeep. Half of everything is loaded. The bait guy better be on time with the sucker order Thursday morning, or Mark will have to deal with Cleo chewing on his heel, as Lori punches him like a speed bag, while I get the whole thing on the camcorder. LOL. Cleo kept following us outside tonight as we were loading, as if to say "I'm not staying home this year, either!" We "expect" to arrive at 1300. Al, I hope that is not too late. bait guy shifted gears on us, otherwise, we would have been up by 1000.

For the second time, my partner bailed on me, except this time it happened 15 minutes before we were supposed to leave. I am so pissed, I can't even think straight. I am at work, when I should be fishing. Have a good outing everyone. I need a reliable partner!!!!!!
