I'm in Cleveland, Ohio at the FLW Walleye Tour Championship, so no muskies for me this weekend. Where you headed?

Put that sharp steel to 'em...

Up to Rhinelander Sunday for a few days. First time up there. Looking for a few action lakes with a chance at a tiger. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Tom

Fever, crescent was by far the hottest lake in the tourney last weekend. George, Moens, Boom should all be good this time of year.

Saturday, I'm off to Kolding Denmark for 7 days (work)- But, I will definitely be checking out the local tackle shops. Yeah, I think I need some new lures/idea's-> besides, I gotta stock up for the Presque Isle outing.

T.J. - Good job! "There are three kinds of lies: lies, #*^@ed lies, and statistics."
I hope you stick a hog this weekend.

Have fun!

Back to Leech.

Lambeau and I left some unfinished business on that lake. I am going to anchor and cast one spot for hours. That should give meaning to camping.

That is if my motor works with new plugs.

I started my weekend this morning as the weather for Saturday and Sunday isn't looking too favorable for gaining permission to fish. Went out for a couple of hours before work.

Got a pretty 42" tiger and a fat (and heavily overdocumented) 26.25 X 7.75.

yep, both were on J-13s

Not a bad way to start the day.

Sorno, I don't think you need to always say pretty when describing your fish. By now, that is, or should be understood! hehehe

But please, always post pics of your fish, and make sure that thre is some of that beautiful background in them.

WTG!

hehe lambeau. no secrets spots on the river. And it would be more like, "Didn't we pass this same pipe 23 times already?" Leave the boat home, and jump in with me! I promise not to get you too dizzy! Slamr is welcome, too.

Sorno, awesome looking fish! Clearly a tiger, but isn't the tail on that fish unusually pointed? Maybe it's just me...it's been years since I've caught a tiger...but it seems like the tails are usually much more rounded than that one. What does the tiger expert (Sorno) say? Does that one have a genetic quirk? Or is it just me that has the quirk?

Meeting my dad towards Rhinelander on Saturday. Not sure where we're fishing yet, open to any suggestions from anyone. Also checking out a boat when I'm up there, so maybe I'll be a boat owner by weekend's end!
Sunday, three of my roommates and myself are headed to the MetroDome to watch the Packers-Vikings game! Should be a blast!
Good luck to all this weekend, let's see some big ones in the reports thread.

It's trick photography (seems to be all the rage these days...). When I first saw it, I thought the same thing. It appears that the fish has got the inner portion of the tail fin (the deepest part of the fork) turned toward the camera giving the illusion of being absent. Other than that, it's just a plain, old, bin-run tiger typical of Pineview.
So sorry Aaron, it's you that has the quirk!

Another pretty fish Sorno, congrats. My boss is from Utah, showed him this and the 51 incher, and he guessed "Pineview". Most impressive display of intelligence I've heard from him yet!

I'll be targeting TC metro tigers myself this this weekend. Fun fish to chase!

Hey Joe, look for the guy that always has a frown on his face. That'll be Sorno. He's angry all the time when he's in WI musky fishing.

Nice one, Uncle Sorno.

Anybody besides me get jealous looking at all of Sorno's fish?

I've caught exactly one tiger in my life. It was all of about 30", beat up, skinny, and missing an eye.
