Posts: 663 | Well, after last weeks discussion I just wanted to let you guys know that the introduction of Guide's Choice Hot Pink went over like crazy at the Ohio Musky Show. We had a full "Tower of Pink Power" and those Ohio, Pa , and adjoining state guys just ate it up. The color is available on the following baits: Slammers, Smuttly Dogs, Bulldogs, Triple D's, Believers, the Musky Mania line (including the new 6" Squirley Jake), Pacemakers, Craig's Bucktails (hair and marabou), and a couple others that I'm sure I'm forgetting off hand. On the way will be the entire line of Bucher hard baits, Cobbs, and more. A number of the top pros visiting the booth were heard to say "yeah, that'll catch fish". Mike Mihalik is working feverishly to get the online catalog up to date so it may be a couple weeks before you see them on the site but if anyone is going to the Green Bay sport show this coming weekend we'll let you Wisconsin guys have a crack at them.

Posts: 663 | No pink Musky Marabous from Mepps yet. Could be a dye job on white I suppose. Believe me, we will keep an eye open for something like that. At this time we have some pink marabous from Craig's Bucktails (willowleaf blade on those) and are re-stocking the regular pink Musky Killers and tandems from Mepps. Those were sold out over the weekend!

Posts: 358 | Well, I suppose it was inevitable that the rest of the musky nation would jump on the pink band wagon. I did a number "pink" based custom painted baits over a year ago, and they all went to musky anglers in the same state. No, it wasnt WI. Good to see the folks at the Columbus Musky Show over the weekend. COME ON SPRING TIME!!!!!!

Rod Well, I have to admit there were a bunch of us in the same situation but the word was getting out on pink being a good color so we deciced to make a statement and jump on it in a big way. Pete Stoltman |

Posts: 663 | Not sure if we've gotten any of the weighted ones in. Best bet is to call or e-mail Mike at the shop. I'm on a day of r&r after the last show and prepping for Green Bay this weekend (laundry, banking, etc.) Call Mike at (866) 367-2248 or drop an e-mail through the website www.guideschoiceproshop.com Thanks.
