Gods Country is having a show called Muskie Madness on Jan. 29th from 10:30 to 6:00. Ramsell, Reinhardt and Dorazio are the speakers, the vendor fee is 25.00 and there is an olympic size swimming pool for lure demos. This is the clubs first year for this and we have alot of available spots for vendors. The site will be in West Salem, Wi. (10 miles from LaCrosse) at Maple Grove Country Club. I will try to post a partial list of vendors and contact infoafter our meeting tuesday. Terry

I'll probably head down to LAX from the cities as well. Will give me a chance to get a musky fix, scout turkeys, and hang out on 3rd street.

Head up the bluff to the Alpine for the best cheese curds around.

The shows are the same weekend, but you could easily do both. The LaCrosse show is only on sat and I believe the extreme show is 3 days long. Two shows in one weekend, sounds like fun to me.

Rich Reinhert is going to be the speaker at 2 pm at the show. We were in Hayward recently and my daughter expressed her interest in a bait. He took all of that kind off the shelf, checked for the best one, and gave her the creeper she wanted. He is quite a guy!

I am really looking forward to hearing him speak at the show.

I am working my butt off getting things ready for our booth! I think Lori no longer thinks of me as her "Husband" as much as I might be the "Lure making troll" that lives down in the basement!

Hey Tile Guy-

I have heard talk of a lure swap, is that going to happen?

Lure swaps are a blast!!! go to about 4 or 5 every year,,,Its always been felt however that its not a good idea to have them right inside the show,,has your now compeating with the vendors who paid to have booths ,,for example a used phantom or Beliver someone might snag for $8 at the swap would compete with a vendor selling them new in a booth,,If the swap happens somewhere count me in

Yes, I agree. If there is a lure swap, it should probably be held at a separate location or even following the show.
