| Guys, looking for some brand / model recommendations for some new bucktails this year. I'm looking for hair tails, single blade with a profile larger than a mepps giant killer, but not as big as a DCG... I guess about the profile size of a double 8. I'm a big fan of black/nickel and I used to have about 15 tails in those colors.but my box got stolen a few years ago. It seems like everything at the shows and in stores now is all tinsel.... |

Perhaps the Pan or 200 depending on what size your looking to get

Location: Hayward, WI | I was also thinking about Ghost Tails. The recommendation for Gerry Carol (Gerry's Girls) is a VERY good suggestion also. I've had him make me a few bucktails and spinnerbaits and have always been happy with them. Great prices as well.

Location: Twin Cities, MN | Gerry does do a great job, but to my knowledge, he sticks to the flash. I do not think he ties up hair tails. I am sure he will pipe in to confirm.

| I have good luck with Dream Catcher Bucktails with Hair on them. See many days a season that fish want hair instead of flash.
Rabid Squirrels have been another good one for me but mainly early season.
