Random quote: A couple of young fellers were fishing at their special pond off the beaten track when out of the bushes jumped the Game Warden. Immediately, one of the boys threw his rod down and started running through the woods like a bat out of hell, and hot on his heels came the Game Warden.

Heres a recent tie from the vise. This is a green sunfish/ bluegill pattern that is articulated. The rear hook is a 2/0 b10s stinger and the front is a 5/0 predator hook. The fly is 10" long. Hope you enjoy!

I usually don't care much for flies but this is a exception, it's amazing!

Thanks guys. I have a box full of super bright flies that I've tied, but Have been trying to tie some lately that more realistically imitate the actual forage thats found in the rivers I fish.

I don't know about that at all. I can't spin deer hair like that, and your sunny would certainly get eaten! How long?

Really nice work! Everytime i see a fly like that it makes me want to get into fly fishing. I really want to start making some myself, but think I'll wait til i get into fly fishing and get some experience with other flies and how they work. Again nice job and hopefully we'll get to see more.
