Also has really high quality hooks on there i noticed. Also casts farther than any other lure in my box. And as long as you dont hit anything hard with them, they are quite durable. called up a lot of muskies with it this last summer, Caught 3 19-20 inch largemouth on the wp this summer too, that was a treat.

Posts: 1405 Location: Detroit River | In the 3 seasons that I've had my one Whopper Plopper (red horse sucker) I've caught more muskies on it than I have caught on all 3 TR's in 7 seasons. The TR's do catch a lot of largemouth bass on LSC, especially at night.

Posts: 753 | I would equate it to throwing 13's, 10's or 8 blades...Sometimes one is going to out produce the other; its up to the fisherman to figure out what is the play. I throw More Big Mama baits and old wood Pace Makers than anything but I still keep Whopper Ploppers and top Raiders in my boat...sometimes they work when others don't... They are all quality products...

Posts: 63 Location: Minnesota | I have Big mama's, Top raiders, whopper ploppers and the crusader. I seem to get bigger fish with the big mama, but more fish with the whopper plopper.
