Has, does anyone use a remote I-pilot? If so, where do you hold it and is it convenient while casting?

Clipped onto my belt loop. Usually run it with advanced ap on so no longer need to make frequent corrections but when I do it is in between casts.

I didn't think I could forgo the foot pedal so I went 24 volt Terova instead of Powerdrive. So far I love it and haven't got around to hooking up pedal yet but it's in a locker if needed. I like it clipped to belt as opposed to hanging around my neck and usually use the Auto Pilot feature.

If u need an adjustment mid retrieve just use the pedal. It's not one or the other, u can use both remote and pedal together

I too was hesitant to use the remote. After two outtings the pedal has yet to see daylight after one year. Clipped to my belt and never look back.
