Location: Racine, Wi | So I didn't hear much about these baits last year in their first year out. How did you that threw them do? I threw them a bit this fall and they will definitely get more water time this year. In November, they were a go to bait, moving a bunch of fish every time out and getting biters as well. I was ripping them pretty hard to get them to move, but throwing in some good pauses. I don't think there were many trips in November that we didn't at least see fish on thse things. Even had a double follow from a couple of very nice fish the first time I threw it (good confidence builder).
This year I'm planning on throwing this more all year long verses just in the fall. How did you other guys do that threw them? |

Location: On the X that marks the mucky spot | I threw them a lot this year. I had a lot of fish moving on them early over open water and then quite a few depthfinder follows in the fall. No strikes, but I moved more fish with it then the smaller ones. I find they're easier to work with longer rods (8-6"+).
Note, I've never caught many fish on the smaller ones so it could just be me. |

Location: Racine, Wi | Treats, I actually noticed the same thing this fall. I have caught and seen a lot of fish on the smaller ones in the past, but this year, I could only get them to chase the big one instead of the smaller one. I did throw the big one a little more then the little one in the late fall, so that may be why, but when I did try to throw the small one, I didn't see as many fish for some reason this year.
Interesting to see you had similar results. |

Location: Contrarian Island | threw it some last year...didn't really like it as much as I had hoped to....it seems to be a lot harder to get it to kick out vs. the smaller one...i'm sure they will get bit but I might not give it a lot of playing time |

Location: On the X that marks the mucky spot | One thing about last year is that fish seemed to eat smaller bait for me so that may have had something to do with it. I thought it worked easier then the small ones simply because they were much harder to overwork. I tend to over work the smaller ones. What I'd really like to see is a small one. I've modified some small DR's to suspend, but the hooks that you have to run with them don't give me too much confidence in actually hooking and landing. |

| I threw it for one day, moved one fish. I like the smaller one better but will defiantly give it more time next year! |

Location: W-PA | I was casting rocks in about 9'-10' and could bounce it off the rocks the whole way back to the boat. |

Location: VA | Went to deep for the river where I fish. Chopped them down to DD's and they work great.
