I have a good understanding of how to build some spinners. I am looking for the best place to get the supplies. The most expensive is the flashaou. Is there any place to buy it in bulk? Any general help would be great.

Smokies right now has a sale on all their tinsel. 60" hanks are like 12.99. Get most of my supplies from moores lures.
