Got an early start on Christmas gift making. The musky was carved from some pine scraps laying around work. The top water is made from oak and is a tad bigger than your average top raider. let me know what you think

Very nice. I assume the fins are cut and the attached? Beautiful....how will it look finished (stain/paint). Please post final product!!!

I almost liked it better without stain and varnish. And yes the fins were attached after. Thanks for the comments

I like the after- especially the way the grain really pops on the fins. If you don't think it's good enough, you can give it to me for Christmas.
