Posts: 1764 Location: Ogden, Ut | Does anyone know of a place that sells the re-furbished MinnKota foot pedals for Power Drive models. I vaguely remember someone mentioning it once before, but can't find it. S.

I've seen the foot pedals at Cabelas in Richfield hanging on the wall. About $70. I think these are new. Not sure who has refurbed units.

Location: The Yahara Chain | Sorno, did you store it outside during the winter? I have learned that lesson the hard way. You can buy them on line or from an authorized dealer. They usually recommend that you get a new one. It should be about $100. Edited by Bytor 4/16/2008 2:02 PM

I just have to verify that is indeed the foot pedal that is bad. The 'momentary on/off' part works, but it won't turn. I have a friend that has a new pedal that I can use to test it. I contacted MinnKota Customer service, apparently I can get one from them for $68. It's 5 years old and only on it's second foot pedal, so I'm still ahead of the curve... S.

Mine quit turning last season, took it to a local guy that is an authorized minnkota service center. He just took it apart and cleaned the contacts, works like new. He didn't even charge me for it! Something to consider. Wolf

Cabela's has new PD foot pedals although they are not in the catalog or website. $70. Just got a new one, my third in 5 years. Problem is always the same: won't turn left or right, never both though. SJL
