Location: st clair shores, MI | This week a local guy caught a lake st clair musky that measured 58.5 inchs with a 23 inch girth that weight apox 36 lbs on his scale. The fish was released . So my question is how much weight and girth will a fish this size put on through the summer? |

| My guess is that his scale was off. A fish that long with a 23" girth s/b easily be 40+ lbs. Using the LxG/25-10 formula, the fish's weight calculates to be 43.82 lbs. It would be interesting to see a picture of the fish to see it's build all the way through. I've netted fish up to 55" with girths in the neighborhood of 23-24" and they were no doubt 40+lbs. |

Standard -- 38.7 lbs
Wilkinson -- 36.2 lbs
Crawford -- 43.8 lbs
Casselman/Crossman -- 43.7 lbs

Location: Green Bay, WI | Wow, what a skinny gal. I think the Standard Formula (LGG/800) sums it up pretty nicely with that fish.
Out of curiosity, how big & fat do those LSC fish get in the fall?
