Location: Washington, PA | I'm in serious need of some new reels. I've used Okuma reels for other species, but I've never tried the "muskie sized" ones. Anyone have any imput? They seem smooth enough, and the most important thing to me is durability. |

Location: Lake Vermilion Tower, MN | Hey Tomyv,
I have had Okuma's line counters on all my trolling rods for a couple years now. I haven't use any of their baitcasters for throwing muskie sized baits however.
The line counters I have work great so I wouldn't hesitate to give another model a try.

Location: Northern IL | I have 2 okuma 20d Convector line counter reels and they are so so, the drags are very unreliable and sticky. I also have 2 Okuma 30ds Convectors and like wise they are not a good reel. I just recently sent one back for a second replacement and today was told that the 30ds have been discontinued. |

Location: oswego, il | I have heard some good things about the induron and in my fondling of them, they were quite smooth. |

| I just got an Induron and after casting in the yard I have a good impression of them so far. Haven't really fished with them yet, so can't give a final answer on how good they are though. But I would get one if I was you, I mean you can always use another reel.
