Anybody fish Shelby lately? If so, what seems to be the hot ticket (patterns, baits, depths, structure, etc.)? Thanks!

Was headed there tomorrow, weather looks tolerable just as long as the overnight wind subsides like they say it does, otherwise it going to be a Be-otch.

Buckeyesfan,
What seems to be the pattern down there (for last weekend or whatever)? I heard big baits in shallow water around the dam and coves. Is this good info? Bill, we will be out Sunday. Stop by and say hi. We'll be in an 1850 Crestliner Muskie Edition (three of us) and launching out of 9th St. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much!

Esox50 Its been off and on lately. Sometimes theres fish in the backs of the coves and sometimes there in the front. It all depends on where the bait fish are. I wouldnt over look going all the way up to the north end got a couple fish there a couple weeks ago. I have also been moving fish off points. lost a big fish trolling last weekend off a point and My buddy got a 30 off a point. other then those two fish all the other fish we moved or had on were all over the coves. Throw your bigger baits (squirkos)and troll slammer deep divers if you have any in natural patterns. Good luck if you head down sunday you should have a warm day. I thought the weather channels said it was going to be in the high 40's.
I wont be down this weekend like I was going to had family come in. Good luck to you.
