Posts: 1438 | Looks like the brunt of the storm will be hitting pretty close to where Sponge lives. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family. Hope all goes well. Did you get evacuated or decide to weather it out. If you need anything don't hesitate to ask. I'm sure we'd all do what we could. Anyone else down that way we need to worry about?? WVMusky and Mauser should be out of the mainstream I think. Scott Edited by theedz155 9/18/2003 7:47 AM

Posts: 1023 Location: Lafayette, IN | I haven't seen Sponge on the board since the 10th. Anyone know what's become of him? I'm getting a little concerned....

Thanks dude. Been hanging on the coastal boards during me free time pretty much. getting hammered w/ rain off/on and some high gusts, but not too bad yet; supposed to get worse after midnight. We now live 4 hrs. inland, so we don't get hit as hard as we used to. Survived 3 previous 'canes, and don't miss them a bit. Check out this site,www.weather.com, and click on the slide show thing on the front page...pretty wild storm pics. Lost power earlier, and somehow I need to re-log on; screwed up everything on here...
