Brand new TI 9' XXH solid blank full cork. plastic on cork yet. Ive got pictures of the specs, for some reason says telescopic blank, but it is not. There is not a scratch on this rod,
Would rather not ship this rod. I live in Appleton area and do get around the valley for work if it helps.

The rod can be shipped at whatever shipping would cost. i got a tube.
