| Recent trip to Canada, my dad crossed the 50" mark with a beauty. We had no good way of weighing fish of that size as you all know. Measurements are 50-1/8" x 22-1/2" really heavy, girthy, big headed fish. I've used the calculators and got anywhere from 30# up to 37#. My question to you is what is your opinion on weight as my dad has a fixation on it and now has me curious as well. FYI first time handling a 50 and in and out of water in 48seconds.

The Casselman Crossman formula is the most accurate for bigger fish. Your comes out at about 34, and that looks about right |

| I would say 31-33 lbs.
Awesome fish. It's cool when that green/white contrast on their stomach pops out like that. |

Location: Mauston, Wisconsin | I tried all the calulator's and equations known to the muskie world, then I did a fast fourier transform on the results from all of them. Looks to be ~ 32.88756 lbs.
Congrat's to your father! Beautiful fish..... All he really needs to know about the weight is how she felt holding her and that he's now got a new PB to go after.
Have fun!
