| Which blank and rod is heavier, not action but weight wise? Are the handles the same on both of these? |

| handle lengths are also different so the TI fishes shorter. |

| TI is much lighter and the handle is longer for more casting leverage. I havent picked my Okuma up since my TI showed up at my door. |

Location: Iowa | I am looking at buying a 9' XXXHvy/Fast Tooth Tamer rod rated 8-48 oz for throwing 2 pounders. I have one question though...the handle length on that rod says 17"...is that 17" from the end to the reel seat or 17" from the end to the front of the foregrip?... |

Location: South-Central PA | Those measurements are generally always given from the butt end of the reel seat.
