Location: central Wisconsin | Sure it matters, I bought my LT Lipstick last spring direct from St. Croix on a closeout as they were discontinuing the 2011 models. The price was $210 versus $300. I forget what they changed exactly for the 2012 models but they are different. Go on St Criox website and they will tell how to determine when the rod was built by the code on it. Not to diss Pete's rod or price at all but I would like to know which model year it was made. |
