These are interesting looking lures does anyone have good success on them? Whats the action on them like? Are they strictly topwater or can you get them to run under the surface for a few seconds? Any input is appreciated!

I helped develop several models for a couple builders in the 80's, and have caught a BUNCH of muskies on flaptails. My favorite was my 'dog turd'...long story. They don't look like much in the water, but muskies eat 'em.

Smitty has a good one. I'm sure there are others out there. That lure was a hand built named by Jim Bagley on a Pelican Lake guide trip a life and a half ago.
