Just interested in your opinions on Cabela's Fish Eagle II and XML rods. Durability, function, quality, etc. Thanks, ya'll.

I have a fish eagle II in 7'6" med hvy works great for small gliders bucktails and top waters has a fast action holds up well caught a ton of fish on it.

I 2nd everything musky fisher said. I have upgraded to st Croix's but still use the rod as a loaner. Good for the price and application stated above.

if you are fast enough st. croix has some crazy deals on tournament legend rods on blow out picked up to sling blades tm86hf for $290 shipped to my door thats a screamin deal

go to st. croix.com pick shop icon then pick bargin room then freshwater. good deals just gotta check regularly if u want to pick up a great rod. lots of stuff in there right now.
