Location: Michigan | I recently got a Freak topwater bait and got a chance to throw it last night. I was really looking forward to using the bait, but noticed the front/head section of the bait spun on the waters surface and was wondering if anybody else has had this happen or if it just a little something wrong with my bait? I am going to add a little weight to the front hook hanger to hopefully stop it from spinning, but just curious if this is a normal occurrence. |

Location: Right behind you (tap, tap) BOOO | Jason - I'm the one that traded you that bait - I hated it at first for the same reason, only way I could resolve the issue was yo keep the rod tip up and always give it a quick snap before reeling. I caution you putting any weight on the front hook the nose will be way to heavy. I had the best performance on a dual barrel swivel on 130# floro. |

| I have issues with mine too which I just bought and I contacted the owner and he said he would send me a new one made out of plastic. Its been already over a month and a half and still nothing. So we will see if they actually stand behind there product. Josh |

| hey guys, we did have a batch of lures that we found out wasn't operating properly. It seems as though it was a problem with the sealer, which was the case with Wissota musky's lure riding too low in the water. Not sure what the problem is with yours jasonvkop. I will email you to get the details and get you a new one ASAP. We are in the process of having our lure bodies made from high strength plastic (Wisconsin based company). We had hoped to have them by now, but unfortunately we had to send back our first order because they also rode a little too low in the water. We have gotten new samples from the company, which are perfect, and we should be receiving our first completed order before the end of this month. I apologize for the inconvenience and the wait, but will definitely get some new ones in your hands ASAP. |

| I just bought one 3 weeks ago. Used at Mille Lac for a few times during a couple days fishing. Seemed to work okay, but no follows. Did not throw it much. THEN my son took it to Vermillion and caught his biggest (47") with it this past week. |

Location: Right behind you (tap, tap) BOOO | Blackriver - does the same go for the Top Shelf topwaters? That one is just as difficult to keep the nose up on. Are they still wood or do you have plastic plans for them also? |
