Location: Stevens Point, WI | Check your connection with your gps antennae. If it's connected, undo it, plug it back in and make sure it's screwed in tight. Also, do you have anything obstructing your gps antennae? |

| Nothing obstructing. It worked for about 3 hours this a.m. then quit. |

Location: Stevens Point, WI | Not being a 100% positive, but I'm guessing your puck is going bad. This is a pretty common thing since pucks don't last forever. I had the same issue with my 27 two years ago and it ended up being the puck. |

| Definitely your puck. Mine went last week. Get the new 4000 series, its a little smaller and supposed to be much better than the 2-3000 series pucks. |

Location: Kodiak, AK | I guesss it's a puck as well. When my 25C's puck went, that' the msg it gave me. It means it's not losing view, it's just not even working. |

Location: Edwardsville, IL | Not necessarily the puck. My first 27c replacement unit had this issue, Lowrance replaced it and the second had the same problem. It was something with the unit itself, not the puck. Good luck dealing with lowrance. |

Location: menasha wi 54952 | 95% of the time its the puck. If you watch your satellite screen when the unit is powered up do all the signal bars appear or just one or two? If it is only one or two it is the puck for sure. Never had a problem dealing with Lowrance. They will sell you a new 4000 series puck and adapter cable for about $142. I have fixed three of these same exact problems in the last month.
