Location: SW MI | For those of you who use live bait, what do you keep them in when in the boat? I've seen bucket aeration systems from Frabill but what about coolers? I have an old cooler that would be perfect but I'm drawing a blank on how how to rig up an aerator. Anyone got any suggestions? I just need something that'll hold 4-6 suckers up 12". |

Location: Madison WI | Just cut a hole in the back of the cooler at the highest point possible without going into the hinge and put your aerator hose through the hole. You can attach the aerator itself with a velcro strap system or just use duct tape. This is how a friend of mine does it and it works just fine. |

| I just use the bucket to transport the suckers form bait shop into the boat. Then once in the boat, I turn the livewell on then dump them into the livewell and keep them in there for the day. But I have to say, I'm not an expert at live bait, I mean, I only drag suckers a couple times in late fall.

Location: In a shack in the woods | I bought a 12v livewell aerator from fleet farm and just run 2 wires into the cooler through the lid. Seems to work fine |

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | Frabill sells a battery operated bubbler that works great. I use it all winter feeding it rechargeable batteries. Suction cup sticks on the inside of your cooler. |

Location: syracuse indiana | if you need to run a air line hose into a cooler just drill a hole at the top just near the lip or go through the lid and silicone it in so water wont leak and that will keep your water cool for them and keep them ariaited...bill |
